TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Information:
a. The following terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of
tickets for the specified event. b. By purchasing a ticket, you agree
to abide by these terms and conditions.

All Ages Event:
a. The event is open to individuals of all ages. b. However, tickets
must be purchased by an adult (18 years or older) on behalf of
underage attendees. c. The adult purchasing the ticket is responsible
for the underage attendee(s).

All tickets are fully refundable up until the day before the event.

Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to whether your ticket
will be refunded in full.
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental
to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the
actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or
liability.
Producing outdoor gatherings is inherently risky and attending them
also carries risk.
In the unlikely event of a fire or other natural disaster during the
operating hours of the gathering or an order by the authorities to
shut down the event, your ticket will not be refunded.
If your life circumstances are such that you cannot afford this
potential outcome we recommend that you not purchase a ticket.

Modifications: a. The event organizers reserve the right to modify or
amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. b.
Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms and
conditions on the official event website or through other authorized
channels.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a
ticket for the event. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
